Fred Feibel | NAR, AMPI, CIPS, Owner/Broker
Fred has over 23 years experience in all aspects of Real Estate. Formerly with Coldwell Banker Trails West Realty in Santa Fe, New Mexico where he was a certified Luxury Property Specialist as well as commercial broker and subdivision developer.
Fred is active in the Mexican Real Estate Association, AMPI, and is on the honors and justice (ethics) committee of the association, chosen by his peers. Fred has completed the course work for the designation CIP or Certified International Property Specialist.
Fred has 12 years experience selling Real Estate in San Pancho and surrounding areas. Fred has done the majority of property subdivisions for owners after the regularization process was completed and built roads and infrastructure projects in San Pancho.
